Working hours: Monday to Friday , 7:30am - 5:15pm

Jobscope:
  • Attend and follow up to phone / email enquiries
  • Coordinating with respective stake holders to answer customers clarifications
  • Coordinating with customers on clarifications from stake holders
  • Sales coordination works such as sales order processing, customers’ purchase order and necessary documents
  • Prepare timely quotations to customers
  • Chasing for payment for aged invoices
  • Expedite orders for timely delivery
  • Provide timely status updates on deliverables to customers
  • Arranging & Coordinating with drivers for collection and deliveries of orders
  • Arrange deliveries for overseas shipments to customers
  • Filing of documents
  • Any other ad-hoc task given

Job requirement:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Able to work independently with min supervision
  • Good communication skills, English-speaking environment
  • A good team-player
Salary Range: $2,100 - $2,200
