Job Title: Aircraft Technician (Sheet Metal)
Location: North Africa
We are currently seeking skilled Aircraft Technicians to join our Aerospace client's team in North Africa. If you have experience with MRO daily task management, especially with a background in operations involving the C-130 aircraft from companies like Marshall Aerospace, Cascade Aerospace, or Air Force operations, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Checks: Perform minor and major maintenance checks, including the removal and installation of access panels and inspection of areas prone to corrosion.
- Sheet Metal Repair: Conduct sheet metal structure repairs and alterations on damaged aircraft following work specifications, structure repair manuals (SRM), component maintenance manuals (CMM), or engineering authorizations and manufacturer specifications.
- Structural Components: Replace or repair skins and structural components of aircraft using approved manuals, drawings, and tools.
- Critical Maintenance Tasks: Execute critical maintenance tasks such as structural repairs or fabrications on metal parts.
- Structural Inspections: Inspect structural frames (e.g., stringers, bulkheads, spars, wings, and control surfaces) and perform corrosion prevention on skins and aircraft structures.
- Heavy Maintenance: Conduct heavy maintenance and structural modifications on various aircraft, including skin repairs, service bulletins, corrosion control, and fabrication.
- C-130 Aircrafts: Perform assembly and disassembly of C-130 aircraft, addressing corrosion damage and performing structural repairs as needed.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in Marshall Aerospace, Cascade Aerospace, or similar operations
- Experience with C-130 aircraft maintenance
